Getting Around

Right now Marcus has his own way of moving around. He's so close to crawling, but not quite there yet. He scooches around on his butt, pivots here and there on his belly and even gets on all fours when he really needs to extend his reach. He just hasn't figured out how to coordinate it all to actually crawl...but it should be soon.

Yeah for Strolls!

Even though there is still tons of snow on the ground, we got out and enjoyed a warm day with a stroll around the neighborhood.

Happy Valentine's Day

It is a little weird that daycare asks for Valentines for the infant children, but I obliged with this little homemade cuties.

Marcus enjoyed opening his Valentine's Day card from Grandma and Grandpa Kuder. This all went down in the middle of dinner, because let's face it...food is the highest thing on Marcus' list. That and the fact that he doesn't nap well at daycare so his bedtime is at 6pm on some days. It was hard to squeeze Valentine's Day festivities into his evening.

I'm such a cruel mom giving him the container of cheerios and letting him try to figure out how to get at them.

Bathtime Baby

Most nights I give Marcus his bath which he really enjoys. I love how cute he is all wrapped up in his towel. I just want to hug him to death.

Great Eater

Is it any surprise that Marcus is a great eater? We are slowly introducing lots of different finger foods and I haven't found anything that he doesn't like. He seems to be great about chewing as well. He loves the teething biscuits and crackers.
